Three ready-made corporate sets for New Year
The three sets cover the three most common year-end scenarios: a gift for employees in one shared design, a prestige box for clients and partners, and a compact gift for an event or dinner. - Employee Set — a selection of madeleine and praline chocolates with pistachio Turkish delight; many boxes in one design, with a logo ribbon and a company greeting card.
- Client and Partner Set — a Divan Collection Box or prestige gift box together with arduaz chocolates, croquant- and almond-based, in a porcelain-patterned box; presented with a personally addressed card.
- Event Set — a box of Parisian macarons with sweet and savoury bites (cookies, mekik pastries, crisps and crackers); for year-end events, corporate dinners and stand giveaways.
How to plan December delivery
Year-end is the busiest period in corporate gifting: in December both order numbers and demand for logo-branded packaging rise. So instead of quoting a fixed number of days we build the schedule with you — design approval, production and delivery dates are agreed in writing. Boxes are delivered within Baku to your office, your event venue or a list of addresses you provide; shipping to the regions is quoted individually, based on order volume. Frequently asked questions
When should New Year corporate gifts be ordered?
December is the busiest period, and orders that need logo-branded packaging fill the schedule earliest. Lead time depends on volume, personalisation and the date the design is approved, so we do not quote a fixed number of days: contact us in advance to secure a slot in the year-end delivery schedule and we will fix the dates in writing.
Can boxes be sent to employees at separate addresses?
Yes. Besides a bulk delivery to the office, individual delivery to a list of addresses within Baku is possible: for each box you provide a name, address, phone number and card text, we confirm the list and agree the schedule. The earlier the list arrives, the easier it is to find a suitable slot in the December schedule.
Can we taste the contents before ordering?
Yes — a tasting at the boutique can be arranged on request, so you can see and choose the box options, the packaging and the selection in person. The boutique in White City is open every day 08:00–23:30; if you are coming as a team, agree a time in advance on WhatsApp so a suitable slot is set aside for you.
Can the contents be adjusted to the company budget?
Yes — the contents are built around the budget: by changing box size, the number of items and the level of packaging we prepare several versions of the same idea. Give us a budget range and an approximate quantity in your enquiry and we will send matching options with a contents list. Pricing is on request, in AZN (₼).
Can New Year gifts be shipped outside Baku, to the regions?
Delivery covers Baku and the Absheron peninsula; shipping to the regions is quoted individually, based on order volume. If your offices are outside Baku, list the cities and the approximate quantity per address in your enquiry and we will work out how the shipment and schedule are organised.
