Can I choose the macaron box size and flavours myself?
Yes — every box is made to order with the flavour mix you want. Sizes run from 6, 8, 12 and 16-piece sets to medium and large gift boxes, including Divan's signature rose box. Send us your selection on WhatsApp: +994 51 324 64 34.
Which macaron flavours are available?
The flavour card covers raspberry, chocolate, pistachio, caramel, Turkish coffee, vanilla, lemon, mandarin, strawberry, orange, rose and passion fruit. The macarons are made in the Parisian style, in pastel shades from natural colourings. The range can change with the season, so check availability before ordering.
How do you recognise a good macaron?
The quickest check is from the side: there should be a thin lacy rim — the macaron's foot — under the shell. The shell cracks lightly at the first bite while the inside stays soft. For the details, see our macaron guide.
How should macarons be stored?
A macaron lives on the moisture balance between shell and filling: keep it in its box, somewhere cool and dry, away from strong smells. Letting it come to room temperature before eating opens up the flavour. Ask our boutique team about a specific box.
