The story of Divan began in 1956 at the legendary Divan Hotel in Elmadağ, Istanbul. The handcrafted chocolates, boutique cakes and refined desserts prepared by the hotel's master chefs quickly became the talk of the city — and it was here that the concept of luxury chocolate and boutique patisserie was founded in Turkey.
Growing over the years into locations such as Erenköy, Bebek, Moda and Ankara, Divan today produces close to 170 products in modern manufacturing facilities. Combining Belgian chocolate technology with the traditional flavours of Ottoman cuisine, it is one of the rare brands that preserves handcraft and industrial quality at once. The Divan story began in 1956 at the Divan Hotel in Elmadağ, İstanbul. The handmade chocolate, Turkish delight and boutique cakes made in the hotel's patisserie quickly reached beyond the hotel itself — this is where the Divan confectionery tradition was founded.

Over the following decades Divan grew into stores in the İstanbul districts of Erenköy, Bebek and Moda, and in Ankara. Combining Belgian chocolate technology with the traditional flavours of Ottoman cuisine, the brand kept its handmade craft while its products began to be exported beyond Türkiye.

L'Oben Premium was founded in Baku in 2025 as the sole official retailer of Divan İstanbul in Azerbaijan. The aim was simple: bring the Divan classics to Azerbaijani customers without touching the original recipes, storage conditions or presentation standards.

Today our boutique and café in White City, Baku are open every day from 08:00 to 23:30. Divan chocolate, Turkish delight, macarons and boutique cakes are presented here; personal and corporate orders are taken by WhatsApp and phone, with delivery across Baku.

The L'Oben Premium team works from the boutique and café in White City, Baku, on 2-ci Yaşıl Ada küçəsi. We follow Divan's storage and presentation standards: products travel under temperature control, the same conditions are kept in the display case and in delivery, and boutique cakes are made to order. For corporate orders each client is assigned a dedicated contact manager, who agrees the selection, tasting and delivery schedule with you directly.
