1. Selection and quote
You share the purpose of the gift (employees, clients, partners), an approximate quantity and a budget range via WhatsApp or e-mail. We put together suitable box options built from Divan chocolate, Turkish delight and macarons, with the contents list and a quote; a tasting at the boutique can be arranged on request.
2. Logo and card personalisation
The box, ribbon and greeting card are produced with your logo, brand colours and message. Before production starts we send a visual proof for approval — nothing is printed until you sign it off.
3. Delivery
On the agreed date the boxes are delivered across Baku to your office, your event venue or a list of addresses you provide. The invoice is handed over with the order; in holiday periods the delivery date is booked in advance.
Order terms
- The minimum order quantity depends on the box type and the level of personalisation — contact us on WhatsApp for the exact figure: +994 51 324 64 34.
- Pricing on request: an individual quote is built from the selection, box size and quantity, with prices shown in AZN (₼).
- Lead time depends on order volume and personalisation; for New Year, Novruz and 8 March we recommend ordering in advance.
- Logo-branded packaging requires visual proof approval before production; the approval date sets the delivery schedule.
- Corporate orders run on a formal contract and every order is invoiced; payment by bank transfer is available.
- Delivery covers Baku and the Absheron peninsula; shipping to the regions is quoted individually, based on order volume.
- Order contents, approval date, delivery addresses and timing are agreed in writing — so there are no surprises on the day of your event.
- Client names are not disclosed for confidentiality reasons. Box design, selection and packaging options are shared with your quote.
